Clement H. Luken, Jr. is a Partner with Wood, Herron & Evans and is involved in all phases of the firm's practice. Admitted to the Ohio bar in 1986 and registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, he joined Wood, Herron & Evans in 1986 and focuses on the prosecution and enforcement of patents and trademarks for both U.S. and non-U.S. clients.
He graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Xavier University in 1978. He also received a Master of Science degree in Chemistry in 1981 from Xavier. He then obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in 1986.
Clem is an active member of the American, Ohio and Cincinnati Bar Associations, the American and Cincinnati Intellectual Property Law Associations and the American Chemical Society. Clem is also coordinator and liaison for the lawyers' exchange program between the cities of Cincinnati, Ohio and Munich, Germany through the Cincinnati and Munich Bar Associations. Recently, he was elected President of the Munich Sister City Association of Greater Cincinnati, and is also chairman of Austria-Switzerland-Germany Committee of the European-American Chamber of Commerce.
