David A. Fitzgerald is an Associate at Wood, Herron & Evans and is involved in all phases of the firm's practice, with a focus on mechanical matters. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2008.

Dave was raised in Marietta OH, received his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Ohio State University, summa cum laude (2005). His J.D. is also from the Ohio State University, magna cum laude (2008). While in law school he served as Executive Editor on the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution, and, in that journal, published a paper on patents and alternative dispute resolution. He had an internship in the sonic drilling industry during 2002-2004.

Dave and his wife Kelley live on the west side of Cincinnati, and have one child.
