"Intellectual Property Today" magazine has again ranked Wood, Herron & Evans, L.L.P., with offices in Cincinnati and Louisville, among the top patent and trademark firms in the United States again for 2009. These rankings make WH&E the highest ranked Intellectual Property law practice in the Cincinnati area region.

Wood, Herron & Evans (WH&E) is ranked 101st out of the top 360 patent practices in the USA, as published in the March 2009 issue of the respected professional trade publication.

Among the top trademark firms, WH&E is ranked 41st out of top 277 in the USA. The trademark rankings were published in the May 2009 issue of "Intellectual Property Today".

Firms were ranked according to the number of patents and trademarks issued in 2008, where the firm is listed as the legal representative. "Intellectual Property Today" annually surveys law firms to establish the rankings.
