Five new Associates join WH&E - 10/26/2007

Five new Associates officially joined WH&E, today, upon being admitted to the Ohio Bar. They are: Ana Jaquez, Colin Wier, Tim Ardizzone, Ramon Urteaga, and Chastity Whitaker.

Ana C. Jaquez is focused in the areas of software, Internet, and computer technologies. She has been registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office since 2005. Ana received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and Economics from New York University (NYU) in 2003. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2007.

Colin L. Wier concentrates in electrical technologies. Colin received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2004 from the University of Louisville J.B. Speed School of Engineering. He also received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2007.

Timothy D. Ardizzone, Ph.D. is involved in the firm's Biotech Practice Group. Tim received a B.S. from Tulane University in Biology in 1996, a Ph.D. from Louisiana State University in Pharmacology and Therapeutics in 2001 and his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2007.

Ramón A. Urteaga concentrates in the area of mechanical technologies. Ramón graduated with honors from the City College of New York in 1993 with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering. He then graduated with honors from Xavier University in 2002 with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). He received his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the Salmon Chase College of Law (NKU) in 2007.

Chastity D. S. Whitaker is focused in the areas of mechanical technologies and instruments. Chastity graduated magna cum laude from Bridgewater College of Virginia in Chemistry and Biology. She then obtained an MS (2003) and a PhD (2004) from The Ohio State University in Biophysics, specializing in Biological Spectroscopy and Imaging. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2007.
