Intellectual Property Today magazine has again ranked Wood, Herron & Evans, L.L.P., with offices in Cincinnati and Louisville, among the top patent and trademark firms in the United States. These rankings make WH&E the highest ranked Intellectual Property law practice in the Cincinnati area region.

Wood, Herron & Evans (WH&E) is ranked 113th out of the top 352 patent practices in the USA, as published in the March 2007 issue of the respected professional trade publication.

Among the top trademark firms, WH&E is ranked 53rd out of top 328 in the USA. The trademark rankings were published in the May 2006 issue of Intellectual Property Today.

Firms were ranked according to the number of patents and trademarks issued in 2007, where the firm is listed as the legal representative. Intellectual Property Today annually surveys law firms to establish the rankings.
