All of the patent attorneys at Wood, Herron & Evans have undergraduate, science/ engineering degrees. Many have graduate and doctorate degrees in their technical specialty. Our attorneys are trained engineers, chemists, metallurgists, computer and software scientists, biologists, microbiologists, biochemists and physicists. Many have industry experience that allows them to better understand the technology and their clients' needs. In addition to industry experience many have been published in various trade journals and national publications and have served as U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Examiners.
