Our top flight litigation attorneys have extensive experience at all state and federal court levels, and in alternative dispute resolutions forums, such as arbitration and mediation proceedings. In conjunction with a large network of law firms throughout the world, we are also well equipped to handle the international issues that arise with respect to prosecution and litigation/dispute resolution on behalf of our clients.

Our firm also recognizes the vital importance of a dedicated, well-trained support staff, utilizing the latest legal support tools and software, to assist all of our attorneys and, most importantly, to address any needs of our clients. Relative to our trademark practice, we favor candidates with experience in trademark practice, such as trademark prosecution and practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in opposition and cancellation proceedings.
